Account / Project Manager at international marketing agency

Prysm is a full-cycle international advertising agency specializing in gaming and esports. We connect brands with video games, leagues and teams, streamers, and gaming influencers. Our clients include Tencent, KFC, Lenovo, PUBG, among others.

We are seeking a candidate for the role of Account Manager. It is important for us that the person shares the principles and values of the team, engages in self-development, is skilled in building relationships with clients and colleagues. Types of projects to be dealt with:

• SMM;
• special projects;
• web development;
• video production;
• media and performance;
• influencer marketing;
• events.

• developing relationships with new clients and interacting with current ones;
• managing the project from sale to closure; communication with other units of the holding and contractors;
• working with the project team;
• working with freelancers; financial project management through a CRM platform;
• coordinating document flow and payment control.

• English language proficiency at least C1 level;
• experience working in a digital or 360 agency;
• high level of knowledge and experience in working with media campaigns, influencers, special projects, production, broadcasts, outdoor advertising, digital, events;
• empathy and conflict resolution skills through dialogue;
• high level of EQ;
• knowledge of the gaming and esports industry;
• genuine and sincere love for video games and personal gaming experience.
